Dear Mom and Dad,
After recieving email after email of your crazy and interesting experiences all over the world, we decided that it was time to start you a blog. This way, anyone who wants to read about your adventures can do so with the added benefit of appealing screen decor, pictures, and even your choice of music playing softly (or loudly) in the background. Also, it will allow you to keep a record of all of your unforgettable experiences, and all of our responses to them, in one place--like an online journal :) We think you will really enjoy this new form of communication, as will all of us!!!
